About Stuart Graham
Stuart has qualifications in the social sciences and personnel management and a background in the heritage, leisure and hospitality sectors. He was Human Resources and Training Manager as well as a Zone Manager in National Garden Festivals in the 1980’s before entering management and training consultancy with L&R Leisure Consultants and Scher International.
Stuart has provided management development & customer service programmes, interpersonal skill training and management coaching for major organisations such as the Royal Albert Hall, Jockey Club Racecourses, the Royal Scotsman Train and national museums including The British Museum, Tate, the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum.
In 2004 Stuart started his own practice and now works for a number of organisations throughout the UK and further afield!
He has lectured in Eastern Europe on tourism management and customer service related issues as part of an EEC funded PHARE programme as well as working in Qatar in 2008 helping to train staff in preparation for the opening of the Gulf’s most recent Museum – the Museum Of Islamic Art.
